6 Main Problem Feelings or GADSAP: Stop Self-Damning!

There are six main emotions that people come to counseling for help with: Guilt, Anxiety, Depression, Shame, Anger, Pride (GADSAP pronounced "gad sap").
GUILT is self-damning you blame yourself for.
ANXIETY is self-damning you want to prevent.
DEPRESSION is self-damning you believe you will have forever.
SHAME is self-damning you think you deserve.
ANGER is self-damning you blame others for.
PRIDE is self-damning you turn onto others.
MESSAGE: Your self-damning is and produces only self-damning. Switch from it.
