Hence, 24 reasons why self-esteem is insane as conditional self-esteem (CSE) can only exist by your believing you are your thoughts, feelings, sensations, and-or behaviors.

1. Who is it in me that remembers my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

2. Who is it in me that experiences my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

3. Who is it in me that chooses my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

4. Who is it in me that hosts (provides space and time for) my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

5. Who is it in me that exists before and after my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

6. Who is it in me that exists in the space in-between any two of my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

7. Who is it in me that copes with my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

8. Who is it in me that mistakenly identifies with my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and-or behaviors?

9. Who is it in me that has attitudes about my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

10. Who is it in me that can be detached from my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

11. Who is it in me that can be hurt by my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

12. Who is it in me that can pay attention to my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

13. Who is it in me that can seek out my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

14. Who is it in me that can wait for my thoughts.

15. Who is it in me that can suppress my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

16. Who is it in me that can enjoy my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

17. Who is it in me that can switch my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

18. Who is it in me that can test or challenge my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

19. Who is it in me that can resist my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

20. Who is it in me that can flee from my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

21. Who is it in me that can distract from my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

22. Who is it in me that can contain my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

23. Who is it in me that can ignore my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

24. Who is it in me that can accept my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors?

Since I am always separate from my thoughts, feelings, sensations, and behaviors then I can never be my thoughts, feelings, sensations, or behaviors.
MESSAGE: Stop rating your self and others. Instead, rate your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Additionally, practice unconditional self-esteem (USE), unconditional self-acceptance (USA), unconditional other-esteem (UOE), unconditional other-acceptance (UOA), and ego reduction.
