•4 Fourth, we try to fix the problem with our fixing the disturbance by thinking about it: thought cannot do anything.

•5 Fifth, after repeated failures, we disguise, reframe, repress, or suppress all of the previous steps to cover, hide, or rationalize our failures to know, change, and control with thinking.
