• Pain is panic and panic is pain whether the pain is physical or psychological.
• To not panic from pain, you must detach from the pain.
• To not panic over ego pain (negative self-esteem), you must deconstruct your ego pain into the nonsense that it is.
• To not panic over pain, you can dissociate the pain from your body and mind as a way to gain perspective, which you can then use to cope with or to problem-solve the pain.
• To detach from pain learn to not make it personal or life-threatening; but, of course, if the pain is life-threatening then panic might save your life by getting you to fight or flee the source of the pain.
