#Three #Stages: 2017-12-08

• First, we experience; second, we have an amplification or magnification of what we experience; third, we find our experience to be positive, neutral, or negative based upon our amplification of it.
• The problem is interrupting or short-circuiting this three-step process in any way or at any stage.
• Trying to change or control your natural responses for ones that you deem more correct is the most incorrect thing that you can do.
• Trying to detach from your experiences so that you are a numb witness-robot without feelings is foolishly called meditation but is suicide.

• The most common problem is allowing thought forms to interfere with this natural three-stage process; therefore, learn to honor the integrity and flow of your original nature.
