PLEASURE’S 2 FORMS

  1. physical pleasure.
  2. ego pleasure.

PLEASURE PROBLEM

  • Pleasure is a problem because pleasure is used for covering. Covering your acts of death and destruction.
  • You use pleasure to cover death: identifying self and others as things.
  • You use pleasure to cover destruction: identifying self and others as things of things.

PLEASURE NOT PROBLEM

  • Pleasure itself is not the problem.
  • Rather, what you use pleasure for is the problem: covering.

IDENTIFYING WITH PLEASURE

  • With physical pleasure, you identify the body with sensations of itself.
  • With ego pleasure, you identify the self with sensations of images of itself.
  • The body is not its sensations.
  • The self is not sensations of images of itself.

REVEALED

  • You do not want to be revealed for your works are death and destruction.
  • The only time you seek to be revealed is when you are masochistically seeking your own destruction. Then you seek destroyers to reveal to not healers.

JUDGE PLEASURE

  • Judge pleasure by its fruits.
  • See if pleasure does not destroy health, time, identity, relationships.

BLISS & JOY NOT PLEASURE

  • Bliss and joy differ from pleasure in that they are not about you or your body.
  • Bliss and joy differ from pleasure in that they are not about covering, hiding, reframing, rationalizing—hiding in darkness.
  • Bliss and joy are of the light whereas covering is of darkness.
