  • Observing the content of your mind instead of believing that you are the content of your mind is progress.

HOST NATURE

  • Your perfect nature is as a host.
  • As a host you are the place and space for sensations, feelings, and thoughts.
  • You are not feelings, sensations, or thoughts.
  • You are also not the observer of nor witness of sensations, feelings, and thoughts.
  • You are the container or vessel for sensations, feelings, and thoughts.
  • The task of observing, witnessing, and processing sensations, feelings, and thoughts is the job of Light, not you.
  • You provide the place and space for Light and sensations, feelings, and thoughts to meet.
