  2. Thinking (T) is the thoughts that you have about what happened.
  3. Playback (P) is the thoughts about the event you repeat.
  4. Hearting (H) is your own comparisons, judgments, and self-esteem ratings.
  5. Feelings (F) are your emotions from identifying with self-esteem ego ideas.
  6. Response (R) is how you react to the event based on how you feel about the event.
